Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please notify me via call or text at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will help prevent a full charge for a missed session. The fees for missed massages are as follows: $150 for a 60-minute session and $200 for a 90-minute session. A Square invoice will be emailed on the day of your missed appointment, and once it is settled, you will be able to schedule your next session.
Health and Safety
Your well-being is my highest priority. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing cold, allergy, or flu symptoms, I kindly request that you reschedule your massage until you have been symptom-free for at least one week.
Please take this policy seriously; if you arrive with any of these symptoms, you will be charged the full price of the missed massage.
Punctuality
Thank you for your commitment to being on time for your appointment. If you do arrive late, please be aware that your massage will be shortened to accommodate my schedule.
