Hello! I’m Harmony, the proud owner and operator of this practice. It’s my passion to positively impact the health and well-being of my clients every day, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to support you on your wellness journey.

I graduated from the California Holistic Institute as a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in 2006, and eight years ago, I followed my dream by opening my massage therapy practice in the beautiful community of Coronado. With over 18 years of experience in the medical and wellness industry and more than 18,000 massages to my credit, I have cultivated a deep understanding of how to provide personalized and effective care, while delivering therapeutic results.

When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with friends and family. Traveling is a passion of mine, and I believe that adventure vacations are vital for rejuvenating the mind, body, and soul. Living an active and health-focused lifestyle is something I truly value.

I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative benefits of massage therapy and make it a priority to receive several massages each month. This personal practice has enriched my life, and I’m excited to share those benefits with you.
