Welcome to Coronado Island!

Since 2012, I have been dedicated to supporting students in their training journeys. I specialize in working with students navigating the rigorous demands of their pipeline. It’s important to recognize that while you’re pushing your limits, your body may not fully recover. Aches, pains, and injuries are common among your peers, and I am here to help you manage these challenges.

Therapeutic/Sports Massage

Experience the benefits of therapeutic and sports massage, designed to optimize your physical performance and overall well-being. This specialized treatment can help reduce mental and physical stress, enhance your range of motion, decrease muscle tension, and reduce your pain.

Problem Areas for Students

As students engage in rigorous training, common problem areas may arise, including:

- Low back pain and tightness

- Tight hips and anteriorly rotated pelvis

- Calf pain and tightness, including shin splints

During your massage session, I will focus specifically on these areas to provide targeted relief. If tolerated, I also incorporate stretching and cupping techniques to enhance your recovery. A 90-minute session ($200) is recommended for optimal results.

For those receiving their first massage during the same weekend as Hell Week, I advise against deep tissue massage. Insufficient recovery time can lead to increased muscle soreness and weakness—certainly not what you want as you prepare for Hell Week. .

Ideally, it’s beneficial to schedule several therapeutic massages in advance of Hell Week to better prepare your body.

For Parents: If you would like to purchase a therapeutic sports massage for your son, I can provide a secure invoice through Square via email.

For Students: If a massage isn’t feasible before Hell Week, I recommend prioritizing stretching, utilizing lacrosse balls for trigger point therapy, maintaining hydration, and ensuring adequate sleep.

Post Hell Week: Following this demanding period, your body may feel swollen, chafed, sore, and extremely tight. It’s essential to wait a full week before undergoing any bodywork. Prioritize self-stretching, gentle movement, and hydration to facilitate recovery during this time.

Your well-being is my priority, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
